We guarantee that all products are shipped as new. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product please return within 30 days with an explanation. We reserve the right to determine if any return meets our standards for returns. Unused products must be returned within ten days of receipt with original packaging still in tact. On rare occasion, defective items do slip by. We will only exchange defective items for the same item.

Ordering

All products are shipped discreetly. Small orders are shipped in padded envelopes, and larger orders are shipped in plain boxes. The return address is CS with our Oakland, California street address; there is nothing on the packaging to indicate that it contains "adult" products.
